Larry Harrison joins PolyCore from a short-lived retirement. This is the second time that he has left a life of leisure to accept a challenge. “After retiring as the Director of Sales for adidas Terrex I joined Outdoor Retailer for six years, now I join PolyCore to prevent more environmental havoc by introducing VOC-free waterproof coatings.”
Larry’s career in the outdoor industry has spanned 50 fun and rewarding years. He worked with and for Eagle Creek, Wilderness Experience, JanSport, LOWA, Rockport, Sierra Designs, and adidas Terrex, among others. He was also on the Board of Directors for the Outdoor Industry Association and the Outdoor Industries Women’s Coalition (now Camber Outdoors), and has spearheaded numerous outdoor events, experiences, and awards programs while serving the community and creating more stewards of the outdoors. He recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Outdoor Retailer Inspiration Awards.
