Eco-Coating

PREMIUM WATERBORNE PU COATING 

Eco-Coating is our flagship waterborne polyurethane (PU) coating, engineered to deliver toughness at the core of the fabric. Applied to the backside of the textile, it provides a high-performance alternative to traditional solvent-based coatings while eliminating harmful solvents such as DMF, MEK, and toluene from the coating process.

PolyCore’s patented application process presses Eco-Coating deep into the base cloth fibers, stabilizing them against abrasion. This creates a more durable textile that resists wear and tear, improving abrasion resistance by up to 500% compared to conventional solvent-based coatings.
