Elle recently graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Environmental Studies, combining her academic foundation with a lifelong passion for protecting the natural world. Motivated by PolyCore’s mission, Elle joined the team to help transform the outdoor industry by bridging the gap between performance and sustainability, and by educating others on the importance of responsible material choices. She brings experience in brand growth, content strategy, and digital engagement for outdoor, active lifestyle, and sustainability-focused brands. Based in Idaho, Elle spends her free time in the mountains backpacking, hiking, and skiing, or by the ocean surfing and scuba diving.
